Issues after update iPhone to iOS 11.1

50Fils

Since I update my iPhone 8+ to iOS 11.1 I can’t transfer selected photos from Photos app to my Leef. It crashes and dumps the connection stating that iBridge is not connected.

Don’t Buy...Doesn’t Work After Emails &’Emails.

Birip

After email back and forward..total of 8 Emails they stop replying when took pictures and send them. Went back to the store and RETURNED it, wasted freaking tons of hrs...Your decision!! Doesn’t worth one star either!!

Ok product

I bought this last night. First it only transfer 30 photos from camera roll, I tried again and it did transfer some of my photos but there are lot pictures were not transfer and still on my phone. Along with that I noticed that I couldn't open some of my applications like Facebook messenger and Whatsupp I ended up deleting them from my phone. Not really happy

Tech Support Is A Joke

Whalebone66

I've been using my iBridge 3 for about 6 months and loved it - since updating to iOS 11.1 on my iPad Pro 10.5" it quit working - kept saying the iBridge was not connected...it works great on my iPhone with same iOS 11.1 update...after about 8 emails with tech support (which I think is a bot and not a real person due to the fact that they seem to not be really reading my emails and only looking for certain terms) I'm still stuck with a non-functional iBridge that I bought primarily for my iPad Pro...very disappointed.

iPhone X compatible!

haganeben

After a couple of months waiting for an update to use the iAccess with my iPhone X, I’ve had no success with transferring my pictures or vids. I purchased the iBridge 3 and even though it’s a bit pricey, thankfully I am now able to transfer my stuff and it actually transfers pics and vids way quicker than with the iAccess I used on my old iPhone. Would def recommend the app and iBridge 3!

Bad for iPhone X

Cpinner

I loved this with my iPhone 6. Now that I upgraded to the X IBridge doesn’t work! It doesn’t recognize Heic files and it frequently crashes and I am unable to put my picture and video on it

Handy and responsive

Putapepepepe

This tops the other storage service that I used before. Fast and it looks and feels sturdy. One issue though. I can't seem to transfer a bundle of PDF files from the Files app directly to the iBridge 3. Had to move it one by one from my iPhone 6s. If this gets resolved, Im giving this product 6/5 stars. Happy customer here. Thank you!

Can’t view my files

OGNIKE

Very simple app. Very easy to transfer files over. Here’s the kicker, I can’t view, it shows that they’re there but when trying to view. Nothing! It then errors out and tells me I’m not connected. It would of been much easier and cheaper to delete all my files if I knew this was going to happen.

HEIC Support...yessssss!

RCGuy813

Whoo hoo! So glad Leef supported the HEIC format so that I can backup my photos on my iPhone8 to my iBridge3. Been waiting for it!

DANGEROUS Please Read

Speak4Truth

I really wanted to like this app & the Leef iBridge3. It appeared to do what it's designed for BUT CHECK all the media you transfer & don't delete the originals. I was sad to see that many videos that played fine on my iPhone before being transfered were DESTROYED after transfer. For example they would start to play but then show transcoding errors and freeze frames, sound etc. This was evident even after transferring back to the iPhone and computer. I even tested with various resolutions, 1080p, various 4k, etc. Perhaps it has to do with the NEW HEVC? Either way this is a MAJOR fault for a device designed for backup :(
