How to fix sDSA

My IB secure Digital Security Device worked at one time and then stopped. I think it stopped with the iOS 9 upgrade on my iPhone 6. I uninstalled and reinstalled the sDSA. Had to call customer service for a temporary pass code. After the reinstall everything worked again.

Rather than carrying around the security card or another security device just use iphone. Well done. Has worked well for me with no problems.
App doesn't work

Installed it on an iPhone 6S and it gave an error on opening it, saying that only iPhone 5S and higher are supported

I have an iPhone 5S and I can't use the app b/c it says I need an iPhone 5S .. lol

Does not work at all on IPhone 6S and says you need an IPhone 5S or higher!! Called IB to find out more but no information forthcoming as waited on hold for 25 mins and ran out of time.

The app works like a charm. It's convenient and is much faster than using the plastic card. Please be aware that you need to have the Touch ID fully enabled in order to use this app.

When you have both the IB Key app enabled and configured and mobile TWS you can log straight in! Best solution ever. Love it.
