How to fix sDSA – IB Key Review

My IB secure Digital Security Device worked at one time and then stopped. I think it stopped with the iOS 9 upgrade on my iPhone 6. I uninstalled and reinstalled the sDSA. Had to call customer service for a temporary pass code. After the reinstall everything worked again.
