Great idea, faulty execution.

Tried to use this application to set up security on my own account at IB, however the application thinks eight digit passwords are ideal. If you're using a password longer than eight digits, of course, the application does not work. Why IP requires a different password policy on their website and trading applications versus the password policy used in this application is beyond me.

It felt stupid to use the “security device” (a glorified plastic card) that IB had before this app. I cannot over emphasize how much overdue something like this was. The app worked out of the box like a charm … seamlessly registered my device and was able to log me in right away. Thank you Interactive Brokers.

Now I can login on the iPhone using Touch ID as my secure token. Better yet, when I login using the computer, my phone acts as the secure token and I can use my Touch ID as the secondary response after receiving a text message. Great job guys!!
Does not work with separately managed accounts

This makes no sense. Why wouldn't you allow this app to work with separately managed accounts? IB SDA = IB SAD

IPad Air, latest iOS, it won't run, blames my hardware. Has this APP been tested?
