The i.dio. Ts at IB are it again- The worst authentication app in the history of the App Store is back only to not work ootb after the so called migration F. Ool.s at work.

when you enable it for the first time.it asks for a code.but it will never send you one.then you can’t login your account both on your phone and computer.

It will ask you if you want to migrate into the main app...DONT DO IT!!! Now I can’t use the 2 factor authorization to initiate a withdrawal. After trying to trouble shoot, I’m now locked out of my account completely. There seems to always be something that causes headaches with the IB mobile platform

Using latest iOS and Mac OS, and safari. It worked a couple months back but not anymore, In General it doesn’t work allot more then it works. When logging into the website I get a notification from IB Key on my phone, but when I successfully authenticate the website doesn’t log me in. Too bad, it’s great when it does work!

After the new update it no longer works right. If I login either from the phone or from the computer it opens the app, but then it is no longer asking me for a fingerprint. It is now asking me for a string. There is a circular issue with that process. I can work around it if using IB on the computer, but there is no way to do the workaround from my phone. Basically if I am not in front of a computer, I can’t trade.


Still not triggering Touch ID finger print

I have been having the same problem with touchId that others have reported. I just installed the lastest version and am still having the same problem.

I can’t believe this. When using the IB app to set up checking to investment account transfers, you are provided a challenge code. So I go to this IB Key app, input the challenge code which gives me a response code. Now you go back to the IB app which is then at the home page so you can’t enter the response code!! Are you supposed to use two phones??
