Gives me all the affirmations I need and allows me to get reminders for them throughout the day! You don’t really have to buy anything and it keeps me positive all day for sure !?

I put the widget for this app at the very top on my Home Screen. It’s SERIOUSLY AN AMAZING APP. Great reminders throughout my day. AND I CAN CREATE MY OWN! If you’re going to be on your phone throughout your day, you should make it work for YOU.

This app is great in reminding me to be kind and loving to myself first and foremost. And then I can and will be kind and loving to others. The reminder feature is the best on days I feel a struggle to love self I set the reminder on 10x times a day. And it has been a great partner in my self care routine.
Great app; one complaint

Overall, I love this app. Been using it for a day and already feel like I’m growing from the phrases. However, I don’t like how you have to pay to unlock all of the categories. I understand the financial side of it, but the app is designed to help people’s mental states, which can be affected by many different things. It almost defeats the point that everyone deserves the right to some form of free therapy, if you have to pay for it. Shouldn’t make a diabetic pay for insulin, shouldn’t make a depressed person pay to be happy
