I can be positive for others, but I just can’t be positive for myself. I am very doubtful of myself and I can sometimes have trouble knowing it’s ok to be myself even if myself is not like others. This app helped me feel better about myself and who I am. It helped spread positivity through my body. I always feel calmer and happier after I used this app.

This app has helped me through my generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and depression! I told my counselor how much it helped me and she’s recommending it to other patients of hers :) I use it to help change my mindset - download this app, put it on the highest notification setting available, and pay attention t how often you’re having a negative thought when a notification pops up w your affirmation! It’s eye opening. Thank you devs :)
