$20 year subscription is totally worth it for my mental health. as someone who suffers from ptsd, anxiety and depression... this app is very important for me to have daily.

Having these saying on banners and widgets through out my phone, particularly near my favorite apps was a game changer . The sayings always catch my eye and I do read them. Sometimes with more intention then others but regardless every time I heard those positive words it was one step closer to positive self talk. I hardly actually go into the app. Use the widgets!!!!! ??

I really have been enjoying this app a lot. It has helped me through hard times and it continues to help me with my anxiety and mental health.. It just annoys me that EVERY SINGLE TIME I “heart” an affirmation, the app closes out and have to go back into it. I’m paying for this app, I‘s expect it to work properly. I hope they fix this..

Today my phone popped up & said “ I am going through a difficult time but I will come out stronger than before.” HUH? I actually have had a great day. Are affirmations only for those who are miserable. I literally have gone to school for Hypnotherapy. And statements like these are the OPPOSITE of what you are supposed to apply positive mindset. Whoever created this app only cares about money and not about actually helping.

i think the interface on this app is great and useful. the downside is that it keeps crashing over and over, specifically whenever I add an affirmation to my favorites or to a collection.
