There are a lot to do in this game to the point that it is too much. Free to play will never catch up with the game difficulty progress. I did pay a bit to try out some other things else in the game. It is a dangerous idea because the game entices you with small transactions for thi Ngamnisai that actually not worth as much. For this part, I deduct one star. Another point that I deduct another star is that some game features have been broken and not fixed for a long time. The old treasury crashes the game for me every time I enter, and it’s been like that for a long time. Mercenary feature doesn’t work for me. Guild doesn’t show any notification when there are things you could do. Overall it is fine if you want to keep paying to play the game. For me, I will enjoy the game until I don’t like the pressure of the game trying to get me to pay more.

I have complained several times about getting a refund that I DID NOT authorize!! And still no responses!! Don’t waste your money on this game! They will double charge you and still from you!!!
It would be nice to mute the sound

Good Idea But Terribly Designed

Typical Pay-To-Win game. I don't deny that I get some fun from this game, but also equivalent frustration. It's an interesting idea to deal damage by moving heroes like playing pool on the table. However, there are like zero balance between different heroes, some are powerful enough to wipe out a team, but some are absolutely useless, regardless how much Power that hero has. Samely, heroes rely on some equipments in particular way too much while other equipments are not needed at all. There are also some problems with the game mechanics. For instance, in the section names Ancient Warpath, basically you need to challenge bosses with more difficulties like banning heroes, losing health by time, random rooting and stunning, etcs. Like I said, it's a good idea but poorly designed. In often cases all your four heroes will be rooted, which means you can do nothing but taking damage for multiple rounds. Normally, you have failed to pass this level when this happens. Unless you pay for super powerful heroes, you have to hope this won't happen and win the game by chance, which is very frustrating.

I’m never a high vip player in any mobile game. However, I have never been treated like trash by game company in any other mobile games. In Server NA-094, there were many cheating accounts messing up the rank at first. The company did nothing about it until I reported these accounts day by day. When a new server opened, I guess the cheaters went to the new server or they just give up. The rank became normal. Then I hired a hero , Anubis, whose owner was the top player in my server. After thinking and many times of retrying, I reached 240 level of devil tower when many high vip players did not reach that level. As a result, my account was banned after two or three days. Then they began lying to me. They told me my account was detected to cheat in the game. My account was banned by system “automatically”. However, I didn’t use any third party tool in this game. My account is not able to be detected to cheat. At the same time, they didn’t have any system to detect cheating behavior. If they have such ability, why did they do nothing to those real cheating accounts before I reported them? Why those accounts weren’t banned “automatically”? Their customer service are totally trash. They always reply me after one day with short sentences. They gave me a solution that my account would be unlocked after a week, the tower level would be reduced to 200. They didn’t show me any evidence that they defined me as a cheater. They just told me that I cheated indeed. If I cheated , why did you guys unlock my account? I’m totally disappointed about this game. If you are low vip, you are not supposed to perform better than those high vip players, or you may be reported by them and then your account will be banned. The company will tell you that you cheat in game. They won’t pay you any attention or treat you fairly because you don’t pay much money. I have played many mobile games. I’m clear that you’re stronger when you pay more. However, I never thought that company can use such method to stop low vip players performing better than high vip players.

This game had me hooked from the moment I started it. The devs are constantly offering new & different “events”.(which I now have learned are money grabs) The game keeps you busy & interested with pvp, pie & the above mentioned “events”. Recently this game has started crashing regularly. I cannot log in at anytime & not experience crash after crash. During pvp the crash results in a loss, which is insane being you as a player do NOTHING in pvp but select your squad and hit start. It auto fights for you. I’ll be CRUSHING my opponent, then crash!! I re-enter the game & every time am handed a loss. The same is to be said for any other activity you enter, crash & you lose. I refuse to put a dime into a game as unstable as this, especially since the devs are not interested in even acknowledging the problems, only offering new “events”. I just hope you don’t experience the game as I have, because it has left me deeply disappointed.
