Keeps saying retrying to reconnect but keeps saying it’s failing. It’s not my internet since I’m on Hulu streaming at max resolution with no problem. This happened after a update I believe but not 100% on that. Will change to 5 star if I can get a fix, especially since I’ve spent money on the game and played frequently. Great game to be honest.

Ive been playing this for a while now and the only problem I have is i can’t use the treasury in the lost realm. I hope you see this and fix this situation.

After six month of playing I can’t advance anymore without paying big dollars. I did spent some money to keep going but still wasn’t enough if you want to compete. Also a on a few of my purchase I never received any items. Report it to customer support, very slow response, never helped out and just keep repeating the same message like a robot. My advice is there’s way better games out there with less pay to win and better customer service.

Great game. Play it every day. But now when I load it, I says to update the app. There is no pending update in the App Store. I closed it and re opened it. Still keeps saying the same.

Fun for a while then repetitive. Game crashes all the time

This game was fun at first. Then it became very repetitive. The auto fight feature is pretty bad also. After chapter 6 of solo mode, game starts to crash all the time. Pretty annoying

Came back today and my account is gone

I had fun playing this game back in the days. I quit and I came back after a year long break and wanted to give this game a try again. As soon I as log into my account, I notice that server was merge. After logged in , my account was gone. I spent almost close to 100$ in in app purchase for this game and now they are gone. Unless they somehow fix my account I will stay away from this game period.
