Logging in for the first time and no password manager support… ugh. Not a great start. Let me guess… no support for MFA TOTP next.

Despite the “WIFI compatible” marketing scrawled all over your sprinkler controller it does not actually connect to wifi. You have to buy a “wifi module” in order for this all to work.

This is a truly frustrating piece of software, clumsy and unresponsive with a poorly conceived user interface which requires three steps when one should do. If I’d known it was so poorly done I never would have purchased a Hunter system.
Needs updated

The app crashes every time I try to get my wireless controller connected to Bluetooth or wifi. Extremely frustrating.

Horrible App

This app frequently “freezes” and gives a green/yellow hue blank screen for minutes and sometimes hours at a time . I spent several hundred dollars for this system to get this horrible, broken App. I would give ZERO stars if possible Fix It!
App won’t load

90% of the time I try to use the app it won’t load. this is the only app in my iPhone where I have this problem. In addition, frequently makes me re-login.

Worst experience of any app! Simply rework it and try again. 3rd graders could do better.
Not irrigating when I scheduled. Out dated.

I have had the system for 4 years and it has got worse. Very disappointed. I have my garden zone set to water every day but it only waters once a week. Now having to hand water because it will only manually start if I start several times. Seems very glitchy. Not user friendly. I have experience with other brands and would trust them more. Planning to switch controllers.
