Don’t not work on sharp 4K ultras

I can’t get the app on my tv so I can’t watch Hulu in the main part of my house . If I can’t enjoy it thru out the whole house it’s not worth the money.

I strongly dislike that you have to go on the web to access account settings. Make it so you can do it in the app.

I love your TV line up, but I hate the app! It's ugly, your trying to throw to much all in one place. Simple is better. One tab for your on demand shows, another for live TV (traditional grid please), and one for recommendations. Clean, and simple! Please change it!

The Hulu app has been buggy for a long time, doing things like continuing to play audio if you hit the back button at just the right time to exit playing the next in a series, or having misaligned icons in a list. Add to that the really unintuitive and unresponsive navigation in the app, and it is easily the worst user experience of any video streaming app on the Apple TV. You guys need to stop focusing on making the UI look pretty and instead make it usable and bug free.

Love Hulu but I don’t love the glitches and bugginess. I start watching a show, which is casted to my TV. Midway through the show it will suddenly start playing at a different position in the show simultaneously on my iPhone app while it is still playing on the casted TV. Sometimes getting it to stop involves disconnecting the casted session and then recasting and restarting the show—except that often the disconnect button won’t show for me to disconnect the casting session and it takes quite a lot of fumbling to get it disconnected then reconnected where I can pick back up in my show. I pay a boatload of money every month to Hulu. My original intention was to cut the ridiculous cost of cable TV. Since I have the live TV option on my Hulu as well as the option for no commercials on those channels that allow the no commercials, I pay as much as I did with cable TV. Along with a lot of bugs and glitches I didn’t get with cable TV. Please fix the dang app already. The most recent fix, 5.29.1, released one day ago and already downloaded, hasn’t solved this issue as I’m still dealing with it today!

I love all the great shows in the Hulu app. It’s easy to navigate and lots of great shows are on there. One thing I do suggest is to make more of the anime’s get to its English version (especially Naruto Shippuden) because I’m a huge anime fan. Other than that, it’s a great app!

Never works anymore...

Horrible app. Good service. Won’t work on my iPad anymore. Always getting error tyt the video/show cannot play or stops in the middle of the show. I have no issues on amazon or Roku devices.

Streaming problem

The app says I cannot watch a video because too many other devices are streaming. I went on the website, kicked every single device off, clicked the protect my account button, and rebooted. Nothing is working, the error message keeps coming back. It’s been doing this for hours I’m so annoyed.
