Every time i try to make an account it either says my email address is invalid or its already in use when i havnt even used the email?! please help fix this problem!
Won’t accept receipts

Even when they clearly show all of the information about the purchase. Waste of time. Don’t give them your info, they just use it for marketing.
App Seems to Be Down

Every time I log in, it makes me fill out personal info for myself and baby. When I click submit, it says there is a network error. I've been trying to use the app for days on end and it won't work. Please fix the app so we can actually use it.

I cannot login, says there is an error with the network. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. It does not work. If I could give this app 0 stars, I would.

22 years after having my twin girls and used Huggies for them, I’ve had my 3rd daughter and am using Huggies again! I absolutely love the new wipes. 10 stars all the way.
Pampers app it’s better

The app always said there is a problem with the network and I try different times to login and NEVER connect. Don’t waste your time...

I love Huggies diapers but the app could be better if it didn’t require to put the picture of the receipt on it to get my points because I always forget to use my receipt. There should be a barcode or something on the diapers to scan instead.
Scanning a receipt is silly

Though I find huggies diapers to be superior the pampers app is much better as it lets you scan a code instead of your receipt
Super buggy receipt upload system

Great when it works, but unfortunately every SINGLE time I upload a receipt there’s a problem of some kind. I either upload the identical receipt until it’s accepted, or have to email support. Going to cash out and switch to Pampers. Get it together Huggies!
