App isn’t working

No matter how many times I try, the app won’t let me log into my account. I know my log in information, but it isn’t working.

I downloaded this app about a month ago and every time I try to log in, it says they are having problems with the network, please try again later. Why is it a month later and still having problems with the network? I finally to just use the site and stop trying to use the app.

Good app except for changes

I been using this app for a year now. I only been able to redeem my points 2 times and that was just for 2 $5 gift cards. They used to have amazon and target and I think Walmart gift cards you can redeem for with 2500 points but recently they took those away, now you only have Starbucks, bed bath and beyond, and buy buy baby (which I don’t have a store near me), that you can get for 2500 points ($5). They have a $75 amazon for a ridiculous amount of points. You have a time frame for receipt upload. They give 10 points for every $1. I personally think they should raise there points up and have more of a variety of $5 gift cards. It takes a few months before you can cash in for a reward :(

Can't sign-in

I will give this app 5 star if they will let me sign-in. I've updated everything, even my phone, I downloaded the apps for more than 5 times, still I can't sign-in. It says there's a problem in the network. I have good wifi and data but still can't sign-in, please fix that. Thank you!

This app isn’t letting me log into my account. It keeps saying there is a connection problem or something along those lines. I know my email and password is correct.

Rewards Difficult to Obtain

I love Huggies Natural Care wipes, and have only one issue with the app. I really wish they would switch the way we get points. Pampers makes it really easy by putting scannable codes on diapers, and codes that you type in for wipes. The issue with taking pictures of the actual receipt is that you don’t always remember to take it from the store, it gets damaged (ripped, wet), or you accidentally throw it out when putting your groceries away. In my case, sometimes my fiancé buys them, forgets I need the receipt, and it never makes it in the house. The products are great, no problems there, just wanted to suggest a different way to obtain points (that’s the reason for only 4 stars).

A pain

It’s a pain to have to try and remember to scan receipts and if they get messed up, them you lose out. Plus I have a ton of past orders through Amazon and you wouldn’t ever accept the receipts that were generated through the app so I lost even more points on that. I just cannot wait until my kids are out of diapers!

App doesn’t work

I have attempted to login for the past 6 months. Each time I attempt to login it always gives me the message, “Network is busy, please try again later”. I am disappointed that I cannot use the app and have to put in my receipts via desktop. Please fix this!

Difficult to use

When you submit your receipt it is usually always denied. Then they give you a generic explanation of what is required but do not tell you what is exactly missing. 9 times out of 10 everything that is required is in the picture. There have been times that I send in the same photos and it gets approved the second time or third time. Very frustrating.
