The intent of this app is great but it is not user friendly at all. I spend more time trying to get my receipts accepted than what it’s worth.

I love that you can get rewards for purchasing diapers & the items that apply, but I don’t really like how you have to show the full receipt ( due to some personal items ) & it also rejects my online receipts a lot. I’m still happy that we get the rewards though!

This app doesn’t work at all. Upon login it says “experiencing network issues” and has for months. Super frustrating.

Sometimes you lose the receipt but you never lose the product. Why does Huggies make you turn in receipts for the rewards instead of the codes on the products? They should do the product codes just like pampers does with their rewards

EVERY time i try to log in to redeem points I always get a network error. Does anybody else? I deleted the app and redownloaded it and that didn't help at all! They need to go to a way like Pampers and have codes to scan!

No gift cards!

They recently took away all the gift cards you can earn. I recently cashed in points for 2 $5 bed bath and beyond gift cards when they had a “sale” on them a couple weeks ago and to my surprise my order didn’t work but I received a confirmation email for both! So I lost out on those, they made no attempt to make it right. Very disappointed.

First time starting to use this app. First off, Navigation of the app is annoying. Every time I look at the FAQs and hit back, it sends me back to the home page. I then have to re click my way through the categories. Second, the process of uploading the receipts is concluded and has a bunch of stipulations. To be honest, I’ve been using the pampers rewards app and it is 1000 times better and easier. It’s a simple code on their package that gets uploaded........

This app needs an update

The app doesn’t let you register. It keeps saying invalid email or already register, but that is not true. It doesn’t work.
