App just crashes with no explanation

Just downloaded the app and it keeps crashing every time . I can’t do noting. I rebooted the iPhone XR, deleted the app and reinstalled it and same issue.

Bought one at Walmart went to the truck and couldn’t get it to connect with my iPhone 6s so I went back in and returned it.

This app won’t send an email for me to register nor does it allow me to “log in later”. The app just crashes.

App isn’t even allowing me to log in. Somehow the coders made it impossible to log back into the App. Pretty useless. Glad I didn’t make any $$$ in app purchases !

Had no issues with the app until today went to update the app and it will not update. Not sure what happened I thought this was supposed to be better not make it worse.

the app will not work at all i just bought it today and first it took forever to connect then after the device connected now the in app software won’t download and it’s been hours needs a lot of patches
Horrible - It Does Not Working

This device does not working. It was working when I bought, but now everytime when I need to use does NOT work. I think the Adapter working fine, but the App is horrible, I uninstall and install de the App again, I update the App, I try by other Smartphone and always had the same error (error 40) 3 days trying to use the use the app and trying to contact the customer service and nobody solve the problem, I think the beat thing is buy a manual computer, the Old School never stop work. Don’t buy this device, you just will wast time and money.

Keep getting error code, I’ve updated, deleted and re-downloaded, still says error $40. Seeing that everyone else has problems....this is junk and I hate giving bad reviews ??
