I hooked up and used mine within 10 minutes of opening the package. The VCI Issues at all these bad reviews are talking about. There’s nothing more than their own stupidity. You’re scanning the wrong code. Scan the code that’s on the device itself not the piece of paper you scanned the first time. Writing a bad review because you’re dumb it’s not really a good reason to write a bad review.

This app was constantly crashing on launch and I was about to return the OBD 2 dongle. However, I decided to try to connect with an android device I had laying around. After registering and creating an account with that device I was able to log in and connect with no issues or crashing. I was able to download the free vehicle that comes with the dongle on both devices. You have to connect the dongle through Settings-Bluetooth before the VCI will see it. After that you can clear codes and read live data like the pros. It may make you download another app called Diag-USA to read some of the add-ons. It is cheaper to buy the add-ons through android and then download on iOS. The app is made by autel which is a widely used automotive diagnostics company.

Was using this for a while without issue. Now I can’t even open the app for 2 minutes. You guys really need to update.

I just bought this for fifty dollars and the app doesn't work. Other reviewers wrote about it crashing too, and the reviews are from days ago. Now I'm the one who has to deal with it. If you don't give someone enough time to get a job done then it won't get done, but they released a broken update anyway... Pathetic.

La aplicación se traba y se sale, y cuando funciona te pide cobros de 21 dlls todavía que el dispositivo te cuesta 50dlls, es muy mala.

First week it worked until the newest update, now you can’t do anything before the app crashes, useless.

I bought the code reader about 2 months ago and The app works about a week but now every time I open the app it just closes by itself

You really got to know what your Doing with this thing but it’s a great diagnostic tool! Showed us everything! You can drive with it in and get a whole info report of how the vehicle drives & what’s wrong! Part info & all! Took a bit to figure out but really helpful!
IPhone 11 issues

Worked flawlessly with my iPhone X. Got the new 11 and can’t even get it to connect. So now it’s a $50 object on a shelf. I keep checking for updates or something but can’t get it to work on any iPhone 11. I don’t wanna carry around my old phone just to use this. Please fix!!
