Who would believe I could fax from my cell phone!!

Wow is all I can say. I needed to fax something and not having a direct phone line to hook up my fax capable printer to, I was at a loss. HP smart app was so easy to use on my cell phone and I am no tech person.

Your password process is higher standard that 90% of other financial transactions. That is odd and makes a poor user experience

Every time I need to print something, I need to do reconnect and reset the printer. Awful.

It’s happy to scan and print but if I try to print a document it says the tray is open.

Absolutely abysmal user experience! I was unable to create an account for the first 5 tries, I’m constantly facing server-side errors where the app would randomly sign me off in the middle of scanning. Initially, the printer setup failed 5 times. It took me an hour to set up the printer. The usability is simply horrible, I’m dreading whenever I have to scan a document, because the app can’t connect to the printer even though I have a 600Mbps internet and the router’s in the room.
