I couldn’t get my printer to scan from my computer. I tried the printer diagnostics and all the other help topics I could find. I was finally able to scan using this app. I would definitely recommend anyone using an HP printer to install this app. Not only do I give this a five star review but also a five thumbs up.

Best printer out there so easy to set up and it comes with ink provided color as well. The printer is amazing!!!!

I’ve been trying to scan something to my computer and it will not allow me to sign in. Not sure why I have to do that to scan to my computer. Will not be recommending any HP products to anyone. Horrible product and app
Difficultly pairing to WiFi and then clumsy software reset

Very no user friendly wifi pairing process and then the designs buttons or lack there of make everything even more mysterious . Not a good design
