Can't create an account.

I have no idea why I can't create an account. I just want to see my yearbook.

This is a piece of garbage that never works. Too bad because the old version was fun. What’s the point if the customer can’t even get to the app because the log in process is broken? Build a beautiful building but no one can get in because the one door is broken.

I keep on trying to connect to the app and it says every time cannot connect. I don’t know what’s wrong with it but they need to fix it.Please fix it!!! I want see the hidden pictures in my yearbook.

Can’t even create an account

Downloaded this app to view some of the photos in my little brother’s yearbook. When I launched the app, I tried to skip to the account creation with the “skip” button in the upper right hand corner, but got an error. Then, I tried to actually create an account and it gave me server connection error and I know it’s not my network causing that. That’s great that I cannot even get past the first few screens... I deleted and re downloaded the app multiple times with no difference.

I receive this message when trying to sign up for this app ‘There is a problem joining HP Reveal’, could not connect to server... what does that mean and is it just that iPhone users are having a problem. I work for a technology company and I can’t download the app? I need it for work!

When the app works, it is good. Now that HP took it over it is down more that it is up last 3 days now you can’t even log inn their site says they are working on it but haven’t seen any progress yet.

I am a school teacher who thought this would be a fabulous addition to a yearbook. Photos can be scanned for student videos to appear on student phones. After hours of labor, and very little to no support from the “zen desk”, the app does not even work this week!! It worked until my yearbooks were distributed. Now, their server is down?? No response from the HP Reveal staff to my emails. This was for children and yearbooks. Do not waste your time on this app and their Auras like I did. Sorry kids! I will not be using this app again.

Failed potential

I’ve messed with this app for years and it has so much potential but has never pulled through. There is zero tech support, the admin/builder via your web browser is clunky and full of bugs. The mobile app and the browser admin don’t seem to talk to each other— auras I created and deleted years ago still show up. Now, ever since the acquisition by HP, I haven’t been able to log in. I even tried creating a new account, both via the app and the browser. Had hoped to try this once more for an upcoming project but forget it.

Bring back Aurasma!

I can’t log in to my old accounts. I can’t create a new account! All the videos we created are pretty much worthless if we can’t use this app! Grrrr
