It crashes now (ever since yesterday) more then ever. It won’t let me open the app. I have an iPhone X with the recent iOS update installed. So I don’t know how to fix it or if it’s just the app. Please fix ASAP !!

Update Broke The App

Nice going HP. You take a perfectly good app and with 1 update make it useless. App now crashes every single time you go to open it. Flashes the new HP ownership splash then immediately crashes. The app is left running but when you attempt to start it from background it cycles back to crash. Don't you even check your updates to see if they work or not? Major inconvenience at this time as I use the original app for teaching 1-6 graders. Maybe the reason you bought this was to break it so you can eliminate the competition. Perhaps there's an HP app you are looking to sell us on. If that's your strategy you can count me out.

I just bought a photography book that uses this technology and the photos come alive with music and video on my phone. I am really enjoying this feature and may want to use it in my own book someday! (I am still on iOS 11)
Bad Upgrade

Does not work on older iPads after upgrade! Prior to upgrade, it worked perfectly.

Just installed the new update (from 6.0) and app no longer loads on iOS 10.3. Non-updated iPads still work. Please fix or rollback.
