First off this app doesn’t even let me create an account. Every time I finish making the account it gives me some error and says to contact my admin. And it’s not just me, everyone I know that has this app is experiencing the same problems as me.

I used to love using Aurasma...when everything worked! I created an Aura on the computer and I can’t even test it out because my password doesn’t seem to work on the mobile app. This saddens me because I have used the Aurasma app in my classroom every year for the past 3 years.

This used to be a wonderful app. I used it frequently and recommended it to other professionals/educators. Now I have deleted it.

I haven’t been able to log into my existing account or even create a new one in the mobile app. I liked Aurasma’s quick learning curve and ability to create my own unique trigger images but simply have not been able to use it at all since the name switch: can you just add an “existing accounts login” button to the mobile app?

This app is not ready for the public. It’s barely out of concept mode. It doesn’t work. And you need a phone plus another device to print pictures to get anything to work. Look at all the truthful negative reviews that are full of solid details explaining why this app stinks. Now look at all the fake positive reviews that are one sentence fluff from paid app reviewer‘s to bump up the app it’s rating. And yes, I’ve read the instructions, gone through the help manual, and work with plenty of AR and VR apps. This one is total garbage!

i can’t even log in. it hasn’t let me log in for the last 3 days so i can’t even view the pages in my yearbook with the feature.

This app sounds great. We got my daughter’s year book and we’re so excited to look at the videos incorporated in it using this app. But we cannot creat an account. Each time we try the app returns an error. I tried to get help but the help link provided just sends you to a page that no longer exists. I definitely expected more from an HP app... very disappointing.

It worked the first time I used it for my school yearbook, but it signed me out and I cannot sign back in. It perpetually says “error” and I am SICK OF IT!
