HouseCall Pro has enabled us to go essentially paperless with complete functionality out in the field right from my phone. The app is incredibly intuitive and with the built in live chat feature any time I get stuck they are right there in real time to answer any questions I might have. After only one month I can't imagine working without it.

This app is not only better but hands down the best at what you need it to do. It makes all the other software mumbo jumbo look crappy at a glance. I serviced in NYC and CA with this app by your side you never get lost or stuck on what to charge the customer. It’s website is also good for you to look at and see all your reports.

I've used Housecall Pro since launching my small home service business last year. Our clients love the GPS tracking, e-receipts, and chat feature. My employees also clock-in and out, and get dispatched to jobs through the mobile app. Housecall Pro is always improving their platform. Highly recommended!

This is a really great app. I use it on my cell, my desktop and my iPad in customers homes. I run a small plumbing company and this is really easy to use and has a ton of really cool features. The reports are a tad confusing but I’m sure I’ll get us d to them. Just having the ability to generate reports is awesome!

Wow I love HouseCall. I can literally run my entire business on this one program from my phone. Scheduling invoicing dispatching everything and it's so easy to use. If you own a field service management company, do yourself a favor and get this program. HouseCall is and has been #1 for a reason!
Long CC Processing and glitchy

iPhone app is very touchy and glitches out a lot. Yes I updated my phone and it a Iphone7, the CC Processing takes way to long as I run a Plumbing Service and rely on fast processing 24-48hrs to hit the account especially running 5-10k a week or day as I do have a couple Commercial Client that are in the Service Industry.

Used this service for just over a year monthly plan but the specialist offered a $30 discount if we pay $109 per month billed annually. After 2 months we had to move and requested to cancel. We lost the full amount over $1000 with no refund or credit. They told me to reach out to COO Brooks Pettus who never returned our call.
