I have been approached and used many CRM programs but the reason I like this one the best is its easy to use and always with me. I don’t have to do much other than click a few screens and I am in and running with my new or old customer or the invoice. And it keeps my customers up to speed on all my work and fees :)

I used the free version which wasn’t perfect but suited my needs as a one-man window cleaning contractor. Customer support was very good about response to issues. They now require $40/ month for me to continue using it. I don’t mind paying....but the app is worth more like $40/ year. I’m disappointed that they pulled the rug out from me with one fell swoop. Proving that no one cares about the little guy.

This app is so awesome and all the people I have had to deal with for support or sales have been more than helpful. I have been looking for something like this for awhile. The only thing I wish it did is inventory on the app itself. This will help take your service business to the next level and your customers will love it as well. We have only been using the app for a couple weeks and love it and so do our techs and customers. Try it you have nothing to loose but a bunch of paperwork to keep up with.
They will bug the crap out of you if you don't buy right away!

I'n all fairness I have not used this app. I watched a few YouTube videos on it and it seems great. Here is the problem though: these people will bug the crap out of you until you buy it (and their monthly fees ain't cheap). They kept calling, texting and emailing me on a daily basis. This became very irritating so instead of trying out this seemingly cool app I deleted it from my phone for good. I'm a big boy. I don't need to be prodded to make business and financial decisions.

If house call pros could do my actual hands on job for me, that's the only way they could improve. Spectacular support and easy platform to learn. Worth every dollar.

I believe this program is great. It has all the tools my company needs for scheduling and billing. My clients enjoy the before and after photo that is included when I email the invoice. When they are not present after cleaning completion.
