How do I access this pain in the neck site?

I have an active magazine subscription but apparently can’t access the app. Because of this I went to the app’s subscription site and bought a year of what I thought was just the digital access. However, when I went to make a new account, the site won’t allow it saying that I am already a subscriber. Go figure. Unfortunately I have no password so can’t get any of the digital magazines and there is no password reset tab. Ridiculous!

Why bother?

Great magazine, worst app on the internet. Just get it in print form; the headaches otherwise are not worth it

Layout is unfriendly. I have other subscriptions that follow the table of content and vertical or horizontal,position of ipad does not affect I doubt I will recommend your magazine in this format

I rarely write reviews, but I thought I may be able to save a few of you 10 bucks. This app is horrible to navigate, doesn't download new issues automatically, and trying to download the latest issue is a complete joke. I will never buy this again and I've had such a poor experience with it, I don't think I would subscribe at all. Didn't they have someone test out the app before they launched it? Please find a better way of letting me download the latest issue without purchasing it. Boo!

Even for a shelter mag fanatic, HB is a joy.
