I have been reading House Beautiful on Zinio. Loved it. For some stupid reason I thought I'd try it directly from the publisher. AWFUL! Now I'll go back to Zinio because I love the magazine and just give up the price I paid. Now if I can only get it to not auto-renew next year.

I can never access any of the issues on my ipad. It never knows who I am and the at I ordered a subscription. Very frustrating.

Does Not Open

Disappointed in NH

Subscribed but the password they sent gives me a message that it is the wrong password. Tried three times. Cannot open the magazine. I am going to do a chareback on my credit card.

I love the magazine and really wanted to love this app...unfortunately it simply does NOT work. Recurring problems logging in....won't recognize my password or any 'recovery' passwords generated sent to my email. Have deleted, re-installed, updated, etc... Wish they could get it right! Please fix this issue!

Whenever I tap on the icon, it crashes. And since this is a digital subscription, I don't have the account # in order to complain. A real Catch-22!

This app is a disgrace? It never recognizes my purchase, and it's so poorly designed that the FAQ section gives directions which do not correspond to the options in the app (ie in "My Account"). A huge waste of money and time.
