I’ve been using this for years. Today I updated the app, and for the first time it asked for my email address. I entered it, clicked on the link they sent, and BOOM all of my billable hours were gone. IF YOU HAVE THIS APP DO NOT UPDATE IT. IF YOU DON’T, FIND ANOTHER ONE.

Just tried to update through iTunes and it says no longer available. I’ll look for something else, not a fan of this version.

Recent update lost all my data,

I’ve used this app for a couple of years now,and really found it useful,but the most recent update erased all my data,and support from Appxy has been useless so far. I’m hoping they’ll step up so I can go back to praising them,but the last couple of responses they’ve sent don’t have me all too hopeful. A couple of months have passed now,and still no effort on their part to help in anyway. Customer service is nonexistent and the companies statement that they will help solve problems is a lie. Don’t trust them ,keep your own backups !

I’m an artist and often operate in a creative swirl. I freelance and this is troublesome when it comes to keeping track of my hours and invoices. I often have multiple jobs happening at once and in the past wouldn’t record my hours because it pulled me out of the creative zone. I would switch from one project to the other on a whim following the creative juices but was undermining an under cutting my worth because I wasn’t charging for the actual time that I was spending doing creative planning and even tasks. My creative mind took to this app with its intuitive visual style and it just seemed to know how to work with my brain. Now I enjoy keeping track of my hours like it is a game and I’m finally realizing how much money I should be charging for the time I’m spending on projects. I can’t wait to send my first invoice and I know my clients will appreciate getting invoices right away rather than waiting for me to procrastinate and estimate. Works as advertised with no interruptions. No problems since I’ve been using the app. Very good app. Two features I would love to see: 1. Enter actual start and stop times for breaks. 2. Have a “submitted” option along with the paid/unpaid option. Even if these were only in the pro version, I’d consider upgrading.
