I’m not a fan of the new update if I wanted it to look the same as using my computer I wouldn’t have bought it hope they revert to the old way

I hate app now. Why is it exactly like the website now? I paid for the app, so I wouldn’t have to go on the website. I’ve had it for 5 years now, it used to be so simple to use & it WOULD NEVER log you out. Now, every time I open the app I have to log in ? BRING BACK THE OLD APP!

The newest update has ruined this app. It’s so glitchy now and the workflow is incredibly confusing. Developers need to go back to the old formatting

The app is fine, it’s not amazing but gets the job done. However when you select partially available and try to put your time in, a majority of the time it won’t let you. It will keep resetting to something like 9:45-10, only 15 minutes. It’s pretty much impossible to put in your time

HotSchedules is an amazing service that makes managing my schedule and seeing when I work so much easier. That being said, their app is a disaster. Constant crashing, long loading times, not loading message contents, and its weird interaction with the calendar app can make using this app a test of patience.

This app is atrocious. It has more bugs than you can count. Constantly freezes and buffers and can’t seem to follow basic actions.

A covid health check has to be completed before i can see my schedule. However, “an error occurred” and i cannot get past the health check. For a schedule app really the primary purpose is to view my schedule, so this should not be happening. At least put an escape button in the UI or something

This is a required app for my work, and it constantly has loading issues or won’t load at all.
Latest update needs work

I haven’t been able to log in since the latest update. It launches a plain white screen. If it does actually make it to the log in page, it just spins until it times out. Please fix. Annoying.
Can’t create schedule

The entire purpose of downloading this app was so that I could conveniently schedule my staff from my phone. Not happening, because that’s not an option. I would recommend any manager/owner of a business NOT to use hotschedules. Absolutely no convenience.
