The app is slow and doesn’t load. It also doesn’t show the times you clock out for work.
For having to actually buy this app you would think that it’d be performing. Yeah it’s convenient to have my schedule available on an app but not if it’s always malfunctioning. So stressful to the user, especially if you’re trying to double check your shift times or need to check availability.
the least reliable app ever created, lots of times won’t even open so I can see my schedule which is obviously a huge problem when I need to see what my house are for that day or when I need to see other work related information. lots of times my managers can’t even get into the app or website to see who’s on for the day or anything like that.
The app is pretty annoying and cumbersome. But the customer service that hot schedules have is horrendous. Good luck ever getting an answer. And good luck ever getting a response in a timely manner. I have sent my first inquiry for help almost 2 months ago.I have since then talked to about six different people none of which were able to help me. But all of them had a me fill out the same form over and over again. The response time from each customer service member is usually 5 to 8 days. I would recommend doing research and finding a better company. 0 stars
The app works fine if you only work for one company that uses hot schedules. If you work for two or more companies however, you must log out and log back in to whichever account you’d like to see your schedule for at that moment. It defeats the purpose of having the app at this point since you only get notifications for the most recent account you were logged in to.
This app barely works. The fact I have to pay to see my schedule is annoying let alone having it not work 80% of the time makes it even more annoying. Please fix the app and make it more user friendly. I’m sick of having to go to the browser to do anything with HotSchedules. Should’ve never bought the app in the first place.
This app works pretty well, but since I paid for it I wish it loaded better. I also wish the interface was a little bit sleeker looking! Lastly, I wish there were a way for the person you picked up a shift from could like to acknowledge that they saw your commitment.
