It’s very convenient to have the app on my phone but it’s very frustrating to not be able to see previously scheduled days at all. It’d also be nice that if you work for multiple companies that use HotSchedules (like I have before) if you could swap between them by linking your accounts instead of having to completely log out and back in. I’d also like push notifications on my phone for shift drop and swap request and approvals.

Can’t see all employees on schedule. Also not getting notifications anymore. Also please take off ridiculous rate your shift option... who in their right mind thought that was a good idea??!!

No notifications

Have notifications turned on in both the app and on the iPhone settings. Uninstalled and reinstalled did not solve issue. Hard to know when i have shifts to approve

I guess no one is letting y’all know, but your app is SLOW to load anything and I have to close the app and reopen it, just to see my schedule. And I’m paying for this app.....

Rate my shift feature is garbage, if my boss doesn't care enough to ask then my scheduling app should stay out of it. Get rid of this feature immediately. Also not happy that I have to pay money to check my schedule especially when the app is constantly glitching and has been for the last 4 years that I've been required to use it.
notifications are not working

notifications have always worked, alerting me to my liking of a up coming shift. now sadly the app does not send a reminder that you have your shift in an hour. all other notifications work great, expect for this issue. please fix
