Hot pads versus Zillow major problems

Since Zillow started handling the HotPads accounts., I have been locked out of my account. It is very difficult more like impossible to reach anyone to resolve the issues. This is been going on for over a month now.

This used to be the best app for finding the properties i am looking for. I loved that i could search the body of the listers description for keywords such as “unique” or “historic”. This made hotpads an extremely effective tool for me. Now immediately after the update there are no descriptions whatsoever. I am certain that the listing agents in my area didn't lose the desire to actually describe the properties they are trying to sell and i can see descriptions on other apps so i know it is Hotpads. F- huge fail this app is currently trash
