The app is excellent, but you can’t sort your search area results by number of bedrooms. That should be a basic feature, so, HUGE oversight.

Simply: This site, along with many others, has a severe lack of accountability. Many postings are illegitimate, not reviewed, and physically unproven via this company. While some, may be legit, overall, it’s simply Craigslist: leaving the person who’s searching to prove or disprove each and every listing’s legitimacy. Do better. It’s not difficult. And I promise you, if you (as a company) did that leg work, you’d corner the market. Because no one wants to be accountable anymore. But if you did....my god! Imagine the potential. And imagine the self respect you’d have for your business. Just sayin. But, as that will likely never happen, take every listing with a grain of salt and hold strong, Renters. Do the research. Do the work. Don’t be lead on. It’s unfortunate but realistic that this and many others are simply a catch all for money hungry and lazy realtors. Cest la vie.

a great idea, but the accuracy of some of the homes/apts on the maps is way off. additionally i keep getting emails from the app from my saved search saying new apts have been listed and it's the same old stuff. the developers need to work on accuracy so that people who are in need of a rental can try to nail one down quickly, but for now, the app can't be trusted.

Hotpads has merged with Zillow now it is so hard to post properties on hotpads. I post on hotpads but have to go through Zillow. And if post on hotpads it’ll get rejected on Zillow. If I post on Zillow it will get rejected on hotpads.

Used to be my favorite app that I’d recommend to all my fellow home hunters (and just to browse for upcoming spots) and now it keeps crashing and not saving my searches. Not sure if this is a current bug or an issue with their new merger. Hopefully it gets cleaned up soon because this was the best search app!
Search Filters Don’t Work

Very frustrating app. You can put in search filters over and over, but you still get EVERYTHING ?. If you enter only one filter “Cats Allowed” You still get rentals that don’t even allow pets at all.
So and so.

The app is nice but the apts are expensive and even bad look. Also most of them are ‘not pets allowed’. That’s why then americans bring their own pets to shelter to euthanize them. What a sad. I never ever will gonna do that!
