Need more filters so you can select non furnished, to not have to waste time on places that are for short term rentals that ruin neighborhoods and culture.

Was super excited to use this App, it had everything I was looking for. However I have contacted over a dozen renters requesting applications or information through this App and not one has contacted me back. Can’t close the deal on a rental if my request never get acknowledged. Skip the middleman and go straight to the owners.

This is a great, easy to use app. Developers: please add the ability to filter amenities, ie in-unit laundry or on-site parking, the same as the website.
Can’t use it for the one thing I need

There’s no way to search for a keyword, IE in my situation I’m trying to find a studio with a private garage. It’s impossible to filter those results.

Bunch of scammers. The so called landlords are just out to get your personal information. They post out dated pictures and you get to the property and you can smell a funky odor from a mile away coming from the house. The house reeks and the windows are open. They show you a home saying they want to rent ASAP, so you fill out their application and after you fill in your license and social security number all of a sudden they will let you know in 3-4 weeks. Thanks for nothing ?????

I am a voice over user on the iPhone because I’m totally blind and this app looks great but it needs to be more accessible for a blind user. I am able to look at apartments with detail, but I am unable to create an account, registering or logging in or access any other features of the app. I would really appreciate it if this would be fix immediately. I am apartment hunting within the next four months.

I found a great rental with HotPads, but now I keep getting emails on more & more & more Rentals that I’m no longer looking for! There should be a “Thanks, I found a Place” Button!
