Can't believe this actually costs 99. It has 10 questions. I mean, please. What a waste

At first I was very excited by this app because I have been wanting to learn about hourses. I bought it. I played it and...... It consists of pictures of horses. That is it. No description, no history. Not to mention I have seen many of the same pictures on wikipedia. So I give this app a lame 2 stars because it is pointless. If you are still reading I also noticed that most of the horses are breeds but now and again a type will show up. I was disapointed to see " the American Indian" horse also known as a PAINT. This app was written by some one with a lot of time (or not) but clearly not a lot of knowledge about horses. Warning all this is is a guessing game with no real information.

I would not recommend this app if you want to learn about breeds. Some of the horse breeds in the quiz are not even registered as real breeds and are not commonly known. Some horses used in the photos are not proper representations of the breed. They do not show the proper characteristics that are looked for in the breed.

Overall, this is a good app. It has neat pics and several horse breeds. However, whenever I continue a previously saved game, it resets my percent correct, which gets annoying. Also, because the pics are big and clear, I think there should be an update where you can save the pics to your itouch/iPhone. This would improve the game enough to get more buyers, I think. But this app is still good. Great job!

I thought I was going to be able to learn about breeds but all that this app does is show you pictures. No breed info whatsoever.

Okay, so it is only pictures of breeds. No other breed info. Pics used are very poor representations of breed standards.

My 8 year old daughter loves horses and has thoroughly enjoyed this app. The only issue I've had is getting my phone back from her. Personally, I would like to see an update with breed info and more pics. This app is definitely for enjoyment and not for those that are trying to seriously learn their equine breeds.
