Balances show up one day and disappear the next. Just logged on to see my accounts and it says “no accounts available to display” or something like that. Obviously two savings accounts and two checking accounts didn’t just disappear, but I can’t do anything with my money from my phone until the gremlins that plague this app decide it can work again.

Many times I have gone to check my account and it is several days behind. It seems to take quite a few days for things to be posted.

Some of the features are great like check deposit, transferring funds, automating payments or transfers. The biggest draw CB back is every night after 9pm you can’t transfer money and it doesn’t show accurate balances! We have gotten stuck several times out because of this issue. It’s extremely frustrating. I don’t know why it does this, but if it’s due to an update, only do an update once a month at like midnight for an hour or so like other apps do.

I’ve been using Horizon bank for over 20 years, and this app just makes things so much better! I can keep track of everything. And depositing checks and transferring money is so much easier and faster.
