Bad about keeping your account updated.

They’re really slow about keeping my account updated, so sometimes I’ll think I have a certain amount, but really I have less. Not a good experience. Switching banks..
Disappointing

Constantly updating, does not show all transactions like my other bank does. Down for maintenance on a seemingly regularly scheduled basis; however, the app does not seem to be any better.
Add feature

Need to allow the ability to enter a written check transaction so the checking account balance is more accurate to date. This feature was available in the PFS&L system. Still have to rely on a checkbook register and have to add debit card transactions to be accurate.

Can’t log into my account keeps blacking out my screen. Once it starts have to restart my phone to get anything else to work

Half the time this never loads, blacks out the screen, and doesn’t update account info and show who’s taking what out quickly. I had zero problems with this app a year ago.

Try to deposit a check and it says I need the app to do that yet I'm on the app. Was looking forward to the switch from LP Savings where their app never worked. Same ole swan song here. Marriage made in heaven with these two banks.
