Was very useful at first, but for the past week the app hasn’t let me log into my account, all it does is just load forever.

Having to delete current app, reload same version app to be able to log in to account.( It kept saying incorrect password) Call horizon for help, this was there answer. Continued trouble with their apps and mobile banking period. It's slow, antiquated, and never there when I need it. I will stick with the ole desktop till they get it figured out. Oh and no, I will not be reloading app.
Good app, but needs improvements

I like the easy access from my iPad to check recent activity and pay bills; however the app still needs work. My major dislike is When I click on bill pay, there is no way I can find to get back to the check register. I have to shut down the app, then re-enter.
Good for seeing balance but nothing else

Touts the ability to deposit checks but this feature doesn't work. When clicking to deposit a check it says "need mobile app" which, obviously, I'm using.
Needs too many improvements

This app is fine for checking a balance and transferring money between accounts (if you can get it to open), but other than that it's not very user friendly. The interface is outdated, it looks horrible on the iPhone 6, and depositing checks is its own nightmare.
Doesn't work on cellular data

Works fine for checking on balance BUT only on wifi, which is very inconvenient .
