Love the commute feature

When moving to the Minneapolis area my wife and I wanted to buy a home in close proximity to both of our jobs. This app made the entire process so much easier. It was also great to group message in the app as well.
It’s a bit better.

I’ve been using this app for over a year and love it. I love being able to browse homes for sale using the map feature.

Tried to register and it says my number has already been used how can that be it requires a code that is sent to MY phone when I enter code it says it’s the wrong code Pure garbage!?

I've been trying to use the app all day and all it tells me is that it can't connect to the HomeSpotter servers.

App does not work on IPad mini. Not sure why we are being told to use this by Heartland MLS. If it doesn’t work it is of no value.

This company is just horrible. I sent several voicemails to tell them I was having an issue with the initial set up. I finally had to go another route to get get a hold of the service team. When I finally hear back- I get a two sec conversation- requesting I prove the issue with screen shots. No curtesy email sent to initiate the process or anything, just rattled off the email- then just gone. I finally hear back after I email a basic information email I found online- and it was nothing but more excuses. I was told to reinstall and it would be fixed- (like I had not tried that- what a stupid suggestion) I never have gotten the app to work- after weeks of trying and reinstalling several time. This was a home based company- that has got to fire their “customer service rep” and sell the app to a real company that already has a better product. Crap app and crap company!
