Best. Real Estate. App.

I have been using this app for only 2 weeks now and already it has added value to both my business and my clients home search. If you don't have it, get it!

Love the app and clients love it too. Best client service I have received from any app or plugin. Five stars.

I have been sharing the HomeSpotter app with all my clients, potential clients and SOI. I'm proud to have my name linked to such a great app!!! Thanks!!!

Can't even get beyond initial questions

Tjwolf

I tried this app because a realtor recommended it. I started it and it began asking me a few questions in a chat-like window. The second or third question was "Enter your mobile number below to verify" - but there was no place to enter the number! I tapped everywhere i could!! Waste of time!

Great tool needs some work

Love the concept and use. However it still needs work. My clients have issues with the accurate mortgage amount. There should be some kind of way for them to check in the loan type they have to get a more accurate monthly payment. Also the sharing feature has an extra step for downloading which makes it harder to use for some clients. Otherwise a very useful tool.

Reliable

Home spotter allows me to view and share listings, schedule showings and communicate with clients without crashes or bugs. It's an important part of my service to my principals.

Easy to zoom in to specific areas schools, shopping etc. or stay within a drive time. My clients love it.

Can't enter my mobile number

there a bug where it asks for your mobile number, but you can't enter it. I had to reboot the app to get it to work
