Dont Bother – HomeSpotter Real Estate Review

This company is just horrible. I sent several voicemails to tell them I was having an issue with the initial set up. I finally had to go another route to get get a hold of the service team. When I finally hear back- I get a two sec conversation- requesting I prove the issue with screen shots. No curtesy email sent to initiate the process or anything, just rattled off the email- then just gone. I finally hear back after I email a basic information email I found online- and it was nothing but more excuses. I was told to reinstall and it would be fixed- (like I had not tried that- what a stupid suggestion) I never have gotten the app to work- after weeks of trying and reinstalling several time. This was a home based company- that has got to fire their “customer service rep” and sell the app to a real company that already has a better product. Crap app and crap company!
