I was searching for a app that could help me with my training, and my proteins. Found this app and now i have perfect muscles, perfect weight and perfect height. Five stars ain’t enough for this app, thank you ??.

I have never worked out before and usually when you get a workout app they are very confusing, come with so much extra stuff, or expect you to a bunch already. And they usually cost $9.99 - $29.99 per month. Which is a lot to spend for a beginner. This app is free, intuitive, and not intimidating at all!! The only cost is $2.99 to remove ads which I plan to do just to show some love to the developer. Highly recommend!!

The app is really helpful giving tips for daily home workout. I wish you can add yoga workouts for beginners as well.

Helps hold me accountable by having a reminder time set. Helps keep me organized in my workouts because it does all the tracking. These workouts are fairly easy to follow and they even give tips during some of the exercises. I’m on day 5. Looking forward to the workouts everyday.
