Great for this newbie – Home Workout - No Equipments Review

I have never worked out before and usually when you get a workout app they are very confusing, come with so much extra stuff, or expect you to a bunch already. And they usually cost $9.99 - $29.99 per month. Which is a lot to spend for a beginner. This app is free, intuitive, and not intimidating at all!! The only cost is $2.99 to remove ads which I plan to do just to show some love to the developer. Highly recommend!!
