Great and Free!

I was looking for a simple workout app that was free and this was almost exactly what I was looking for! Unlike other apps, it lets you see all of the workouts, do the workout routines, set up a schedule, and watch progress without asking for a cent. The only thing they charge you for is to remove ads which aren’t that big a problem anyway. I highly recommend this for everyone! I’m sure other workout apps are great but at the moment $5 a week would add up too fast for me ??

From the day I downloaded this app, it changed the way I did things in my time. Before this app, I wasn’t motivated, but something pushed me, and that’s when I wanted to workout. One day I stumbled upon this app which has great workouts at each beginner to advanced depending on your stamina. But this app has changed me in physical terms. So if anyone reading this, is like me. I would gladly advise you to get this app, It’s amazing!!????

Used dozens of apps. Has best exercises. Best customization. FREE! Ads do not get in way at all! I love the “challenge options” as well! Very good for accountability and to push myself. Highly recommend! Also necessary to eat healthy as well to get fit though! Cut out carbs and sugars other than once a week (Sundays) cause Sundays are a day of rest, restoration, and recreation! Good luck!

Definitely has great workouts to model and has different levels for where you are at in your physical health, it also has separate workouts for every area of the body as well as full body workouts
