Home workout is very effective for all muscle in such a short amount of time, if done correctly. It’s Great for mother’s that are on the go and want to get a quick workout in. A group of us at my job have been taking our breaks to do the workouts.

I’ve always wanted to do something with my weight, but with my job schedule no time to hit the gym... Home Workout solve that problem. Now, not only that I can bring the gym home, Hime Workout is like a Gym at home plus a personal trainer. ??????????

Can you do separate sections of calves and thighs? I am doing the advanced workout for each section per day and I think 43 workouts on legs in one session is a bit too much of overworkout. Overall this app is great. I can pause the leg section and save it for the next day or come back in a half hour but I think it should be separate. Thanks!

Ive lost 11 lbs in 6 total workouts.. This has been a great workout app for me. I noticed today though that when i enter my weight in the reports section in lbs it changes it to kg on its own and then the graph shows my weight in lbs as +323 lbs.. Its not that hard to transfer my weight to kg but it would be easier for me to read it in lbs. Besides that, thanks for a great app
