Moved into a house I bought and didn’t know if my furniture would fit so this app has made it help me setup my house before i even moved in. I wish there was a salon one so I could design my own

How do I get a refund? I bought ‘Gold’ because I read reviews that the free version had severe limitations and even restricted use of some features. When I tried to draw a simple orthographic rectangular room, I could not see the dimension indicators and there is no way to make that font larger. Even expanding the drawing doesn’t expand the dimension indicators. I literally had to use the magnifier on my iPhone to read them. Trying to navigate the tool bar was the same. Had to use iPhone magnifier in one hand and iPencil in the other. That was just too much.
Lockup’s and crashes

The program quite often locks up and will crash. This shouldn’t happen but occurs on my iPad Pro and my MacBook Air. It’s still useful aside from that.
