I would’ve given the app 5 stars but it can only do buildings with 1 floor but absolutely everything else about it is great. If they add the ability to change ground elevation and add basements and more stories, I’d definitely add another star!

What can be done with this app is quickly eclipsed by the problems one continually runs into. For spending $10 on the gold version I expected I could add labels, change text face and size, and export to PDF. Also, the objects provided are a very strange assortment. Doesn't handle under-stair closets. Can't design own objects, such as a custom garden tub. I'm disappointed enough that now I have to find someother tool.

Easy to learn, easy to use. They need to add more objects such as: Home gym items. Game room items like billiard tables, ping pong tables, etc. Mechanical room items like furnaces. Need more selection of cabinets, sinks, furniture, etc., and items should be grouped into sets. For example, a matching set of sofas and chairs that could be grouped in a room. Overall, the library of objects needs to be larger with more selection to choose from.

La app está buy buena, me gusta mucho pero cuando quieres grabar un video y aguardarlo para enviarse lo a alguien, el video se comprime mucho y la definición es muy mala, no se igual que como tu lo vez cuando estas creando una casa y solo por eso solo le voy a dar 3 estrellas.
Great but needs improvement

I have been playing with this app for 24 hours. I had this urge to draw my dream home so I got this $9 app and got to the task. Took me awhile to figure it out, especially the walls/rooms and what not. I think I get it now. Even if the app has stairs, you can’t draw floors or basement (would need a separate land for each floor.) You should be able to add floors, even sims can do that. Needs more decor options. Perhaps some guidance about average room sizes to help make the model closer to reality (especially for those of us who are not architects or interior designers). Besides that, great app, highly recommend, love the 3D option, hope it looked even more real!

This is a great app, there are just a few things that need to be worked out but when and if those get fixed this app will be perfect.

Enjoy using this app more and more. It comes jammed packed with a lot of features and beautifully designed objects, joineries, and textures, I can only imagine that they can only get better as more content gets added and improved.
