iOS 14 required!

I’ve spent hundreds if not thousands over the past 8 years at Hollister. The fact that I can’t look and buy on my phone because I have to update to iOS 14 to update this app is ridiculous. Will strongly consider finding a new clothing brand to rep every day.

I placed an order but it doesn’t show up in the shipped section it’s acting like I never ordered anything but it took my money and even gave me “Cali points”. I got no emails about the package and I can’t get the order number to track or do anything with it. I doubt it’s even coming in the mail now because apparently I “never bought it”. The app took my money too :(

I really don’t like shopping online but Hollister b hooking it up with them deals and free shipping like...what is there not to like. Overall recommend the app will save you time and money as it should

I shop Hollister on line all the time. Go to app and it tells me I need to update. But, it won’t let me update because you need 14ios or greater. So, it gives me the option to download a older version. Well, the older version will not download either. So, since I live in a rural area and don’t get to malls very often, I guess I will be doing my online shopping somewhere else, because I can’t shop Hollister because their app is crap, and has made it impossible for me to shop

I really like shopping here, it’s one of my favorite places to buy from, but I have a few things to say. The clothes are getting better, but they are still a bit tacky and some clothes have really ugly patterns. Also, why is it always skinny people modeling the clothes?? I want to know what the clothes will look like on a medium, curvier person that looks similar to my body shape. Also, the size references for the models are super unhelpful. How am I supposed to know what size I should get if it always says model is wearing a size small???? I would like to be able to see pictures with reviews as well, it would be really helpful. Lastly, PLEASE GET CHARLIE, DIXIE, AND THEIR TACKY, OVERPRICED CLOTHES OUT OF HERE!!!

NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGES

Never received my packages

On January 8, 2021 I was supposed to receive a package including a black tank top. This package never showed up. Last month I ordered from Hollister in hopes that my package would actually be received. I ordered a halter shirt, This too has not shown up after ten days. Both instead of saying “on its way “, etc. it says “ready to go “. When I’ve seen these words before it means that my package will not show up, and they haven’t. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE behavior from such a successful and EXPENSIVE clothing store. I spent my money on these two items and didn’t receive any package in return. This is a note to Hollister that I would like to receive my packages, or get FULL refund. I will not be shopping at the store again, and I think those who are in reading this should NOT shop at Hollister as well. Thank you for reading my review and please take note for everything I have said, I hope thi does it happened to any of you.
