NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGES – Hollister Co. Review

On January 8, 2021 I was supposed to receive a package including a black tank top. This package never showed up. Last month I ordered from Hollister in hopes that my package would actually be received. I ordered a halter shirt, This too has not shown up after ten days. Both instead of saying “on its way “, etc. it says “ready to go “. When I’ve seen these words before it means that my package will not show up, and they haven’t. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE behavior from such a successful and EXPENSIVE clothing store. I spent my money on these two items and didn’t receive any package in return. This is a note to Hollister that I would like to receive my packages, or get FULL refund. I will not be shopping at the store again, and I think those who are in reading this should NOT shop at Hollister as well.
