Ugh this update is so bad!! It takes forever to load anything you click on! You’re better off just going to the website instead of downloading this app. Seriously it’s that bad! Now I can’t get the old version of this app back so I’m stuck with it….. I guess I’ll be going to the web which does exactly what this app was designed to do. Just sad and extremely frustrating!!!

I open the app then it said update it. it took me here but there is no update button. Plz help Thank you

After downloading the newest and “best version of their app” , every time I now open the app, it goes to the hollister loading screen, and then closes out completely, and when I go to clear my apps it is as if I never opened it. I’ve tried redownloading it and the same issue just continues .

I reset my password many times, and when I input the new password, it gives me an error and have to go through the same procedure over and over again

My account was setup in store. I didn't know my password. I did the forgot password and I'm stuck in a loop of confirmation codes with no way to enter said code in the app. This is a simple programming issue that should have been caught in beta. ?

i ordered something and cancelled it the same day because i wanted to wait to get it. Now i don’t expect the money to go right back but i was promised 5-8 days, and i have been seeing thirty. Why does it need to take that long for me to get money back? it was a large order too
