Once you learn how to use it...

DinoBobalouie

Hole19 is outstanding once you learn how to use it properly out on the course. It has a fairly steep learning curve as an end-user is trying to learn it while playing a round. It wish there were some good 'How To' videos online that would assist in getting over the learning curve. Once you got the hang of using it on the course, I can't play without it! I have a Garmin watch and handheld though they no longer come out to play with me. The ability to edit shots in a non-GPS mode after play while at my desktop, would make Hole19 even more useful. Thank you to the developers as you are with me every time I play!!!

Best Golf App Now!

Been using this app for awhile now and love it. Just wish it'll calculate your USGA handicap...

Great golf app

This app is incredible. Find all of the courses. Yardages always seem to be accurate. Great app!

Great App - Apple Watch Support is Wonderful

Maitaiguy

Been using this app for a couple years. Very solid and free version has great value. Developer hasn't cripple functionality for the free version, but offers very nice added functions for the subscription. Apple Watch support is very well designed. Can play an entire round with scores and yardage info and never touch the phone.

Hole 19 App Review

IG: logical.truth

This is a great app for golf. It gives accurate yardage, offers leaderboards worldwide for the users of the app that compare to the courses you play, has loads of statistics to help your game, and a bunch of other cool stuff. The non premium version is what I have and it's all this and it's great. Highly recommend.

Best for Apple Watch

E-ddy

Update to review below: this app was just updated and now is slow on my watch and the interface is now more complicated. Unless a new update comes out that fixes this, I'll have to find a new app. Prior 5 star review: The Apple Watch interface is the best I've seen and I've tried just about all of the free apps. No one wants to wait and hold up a game to get their watch to work. This app shows up instantly and costs me a mere second to glance at my watch. Also, I like that the report at the end tells me how many steps I took and how many calories I burned. If you plan to use this on your phone only, it's just an average app. There are other free apps that offer more for non-Apple Watch users.

Last update a mess

BG Golfer

Really loved this app. Latest update made a complete mess of things. Holes jumping all over the place on my iPhone and Apple Watch v1. Could be on Hole 12 and the app shows Hole 17. This happened on almost every hole the past round. No rhyme or reason. Skipping to different holes all round. Then, it erased ALL the scores from our round. Luckily someone was keeping score with a pencil. Need to address this issue otherwise I'll have to move on.

10 years with sky caddie I believe that you should have a five star rating with some tweaks?particularly when it comes time too input/club selection it's sunny and you can't see ? it time consuming Let alone speed of play! I recommended the app to many people and they all say the same thing having to scroll through clubs then directions right or left short long bunkers hazards!! it just takes too long ?‍♂️ with the overall improvements so I definitely think this app should be a five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ app however two things! first the wind conditions through the app instead of having to go to local weather app I think you should be able show wind speeds, gusts ?and direction it's coming from? "with correlation to the course layout that you're playing" obviously we know where north is and we can feel it but arrows pointing from the direction it's supposed to be blowing Based on the layout of the course? As you know the wind at your back next hole in your face next hole it maybe from be left or the right just seeing the arrow on each holes Direction like a Compass it doesn't have to move just have an arrow in the corner that's stationary for that day the overview of each hole it would eliminate the need to toss grass or wet your finger or checking the treetops because as each hole changes Direction the winds will stay mostly in same direction so too see what direction it's coming from you just look down and you can figure it out right away Plus On the greens the directions of the slope just like in video games (no matter where they put the pins the slope never changes) The yardage books that are sold in the pro shop have this in detail I'm thinking I'd rather pay 19th hole if it costs more then have too buy a yardage book at every course i play!! It's always there in front of you and it will definitely speed up play?️also if I'm not a USGA handicap GIN card holder does this app adjust handicaps after 20 rounds by tossing out the top five highs and the five lowest scores And give me a new USGA handicap every month? an established handicap that will allow me to be able to play in tournaments? Also it would give me my handicap based on the course I'm playing with the slope rating I could be playing to a higher or a lower handicap? Sincerely I'm just trying to help thank you ?

Add players to round

OJJG

Hello, we should be able to add players to a round also based on followers / followee. If various people follow each other they should be able to register a round amongst all of them and then each portion be posted on each respective player feed / performance . The current options are OK but they're a hassle and no user friendly. Thx
